About Our Teachers

BG (1).jpg

A running injury is what led Becca to her first yoga class while attending college in Burlington, VT back in 2007. Since then she has maintained a consistent yoga practice, and graduated with her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training at Breathing Room in New Haven. Becca has a passion for sharing her love of yoga and the positive effects it has had on her with others. She continues to seek out additional education through trainings and deepening her own practice by diving into the depths of yoga beyond the physical. After teaching at various studios across Fairfield and New Haven County and helping lead commUNITYmovement throughout the Northeast, a national endeavor committed to bringing yoga, movement and mindfulness practices to communities in inclusive, accessible and unique ways, she has decided to open her own studio!  Becca is excited to begin this journey to foster a community of new and veteran Yogi's out of her studio in Norwalk, CT. When she isn't on her mat, she can be found enjoying live music, hiking with her dog, or cooking in the kitchen!

NINA ANTOLINO | Gentle, Restorative/Yin, Vinyasa
Reiki Master, Empowerment Life Coach, Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner

Nina was introduced to yoga and meditation almost 20 years ago as she searched for a way to 'slow down' and find balance in her fast-paced career.  After being diagnosed with a chronic illness and forced to take a short term medical leave, she attended her first week-long Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction class and learned for the first time the effect of pushing and chronic stress can do to one's body and life.  She learned the importance of slowing down and listening to the signals our body is always giving us.  This led her to her 200-hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Certification through the Nosara Institute in September 2000.  She resigned from her corporate career the day she returned from her training, and has spent the last 16 years guiding and coaching others to greater health and well-being.   LifePath Yoga & Wellness has been a vision of Nina's since she first stepped into the holistic arena.  Her passion is to educate and empower each person to discover their own unique life path and realize their full potential.

Nina's teaching draws from the traditions of Vinyasa, Kripalu, Iyengar, Yin, and Viniyoga.  Her emphasis is on balance. Balance between alignment and flow, strength and flexibility, stillness and meditation-in-motion. Her experience and passion for helping others learn and grow is present as she guides her students to self-exploration and self-acceptance.

She is also a Certified Reiki Master, Certified Empowerment Life Coach, Mindfulness Meditation practitioner and Girl's Circle Facilitator.  She integrates Reiki with Yoga and Life Coaching to help clients release blocks, deepen their relaxation and enhance their overall experience.

SHANNON ALEKSA | Open Flow, Restorative, PreNatal

In my class you'll experience thoughtful alignment-based vinyasa flow with clear direction, an uplifting theme and hands-on adjustments set to upbeat and eclectic music. Through creative, challenging and appropriate sequencing, I offer a safe & inviting space to test your boundaries and explore your innate potential.  In between the movement of your breath and the movement of your body, you'll find a deeper sense of connection to the most essential parts of yourself and a greater sense of engagement with the world around you.  Expect to leave class feeling empowered, focused, and inspired.

Michelle Didner | Align & FLow, Core Yoga, OPEN

Michelle shares her love for yoga with teaching that is breath centered with attention to alignment that follows the organic architecture of the body. Her classes are nourishing and joyful, inspired by philosophy, art, and poetry. She originally turned to yoga for healing, empowerment and compassion twelve years ago while balancing the joy of being a new mom with the challenge of treatment for breast cancer. Since then her yoga mat has followed her around the world, a reminder that yoga brings us home no matter where we are living or what we are living through.  She holds certifications from SYJ, The Breathing Project and Elena Brower.

LESLIE SANTIANA | Intro Yoga, Kripalu, Restorative

Leslie spent the earlier part of her career as a classical theatre performer. Her yoga practice allowed her to sustain a demanding and competitive career. She firmly believes in the healing and transformative powers of a regular practice. In class, she encourages students to explore and listen to their inner voice through meditation, deep stretching, playful poses, soul-moving rhythms and inspiring poetry.  She loves beginning and ending her classes with extended stretching while the core of the class focuses on flow.  For more information about Leslie or to learn about her credentials, please visit

My journey inward stared 4 years ago with YouTube and DVDs, but quickly grew into a dedicated practice both at home and my local studio as I was introduced to meditation and healthy, holistic lifestyle. As I started to dive deeper into the practice I was completely hooked, and absolutely fascinated by the changes that began in my mind and body. Yoga gave me a feeling unlike anything I had ever experienced and changed my life for the better, so I decided to learn more and become a certified instructor, which has proven to be the best decision I have ever made. After seeing the effect yoga has on adults, I wanted to be able to share that with little ones as well; I am now RYT 200 and a certified Children's Yoga Instructor, so unbelieveably grateful to have the opportunity to share the power of yoga with my community. I hope to show my students the divine magic that lives within them, and inspire them to continue their practice off the mat, and keep it with them throughout their daily lives.
